The idea of management Accounting and business decision making is well understood and adopted worldwide. A decision simply refers to the selection of an action from two or more alternative choices, which must be considered in the context in which it occurs. The aim of the paper is to make a brief analysis of some typical purchases on the topic of business decision making on the basis of management accounting. Firstly, the concept and development of management accounting as well as the purchase decision making will be analysis. Secondly, one typical purchase case will be analysis on the angle of decision making strategy based on the management accounting. Finally, a conclusion will be argued by the author, with a clear explanation of how to calculate each amount and the reasons for it. The analyses in the paper will have some relationship with some relevant economic theories.
