Pension plan

Harry is 60, the financial controller of a small private company, will retirement after five years. He hold some assets and pensions, and want to reduce his work hours based earnings without loss of lifestyle as he withdraws from corporation life and aims to retire entirely at the age 65. He worries out that his assets may continue to fall in value and his pension plans maybe unrealistic in the current climates. He wants to afford to cut his earning and draw some income out of his pensions whilst still preserving a reasonable income expectation later in life when he stops work completely. This pension plan will give some advises for Harry to financial management based on the options and risks involved.

Assume:(1) Harry retire entirely at the age 65;(2)based on the previous inflation and future economic growth, we assumer the inflation is 2% every year, and the deposit rate is 2.5%.
