研究背景


在当今决策过程中,团队结构发挥着越来越重要的角色。不仅为了组织,也为其他领域(Ilgen,1999)。根据Jaya Ahuja(2010),在当今竞争激烈的全球环境,团队决策的形成似乎是很常见的。团队没有固定格式,团队成员可以经常变化共同决定,因此团队可能是一个有趣的话题来进行分析。

在全球组织的文献中,团队是一个热门话题,根据 Kozlowski & Bell的陈述(2003),研究团队能够如何影响团队绩效,必须生成自今天的组织越来越依赖于团队分配决定维持业务的成功。团队绩效直接影响球队的未来,它能够显示团队的能力的团队是否值得依赖。

In chapter 1, a study on the research background of investigating factors which affecting team performance in private education sector is carried out. Research background reveals the outline of the issues happening that encourages researchers to conduct studies on the particular issues. The studies are conducted by initially accessing to the collection previously published and unpublished data and information about a particular topic of interested area. Next will be the problem statement in which problems are specified and being investigated more in-depth through our research questions and hypothesizes. In our research, we include general and specific objectives as well as research questions and doubts so that there will be much easier for our readers to understand our research scope. In the long run, we discuss the research background and problem statement, research objectives and questions, significance of the study, chapter layout and conclusion in this topic.


研究背景——Research Background


Team-based structures play an ever more important role in making decision nowadays not only for organization but also for others field as well (Ilgen, 1999).According to Jaya Ahuja (2010), in today's intensely competitive global environment, formation of team to make decision is seemed to be very common. Teams have no fixed format, team members can change frequently to make a mutual decision, and therefore team could be an interesting topic to be analyzed.

Team was a hot topic in the literature on global organizations, from the statement of Kozlowski & Bell (2003), research on how teams able to influence team performance has to be generate since today's organizations has increasingly rely on teams to allocate decisions to sustain business success. Team performance directly affects the future of the teams, it able to show the ability of the team to see whether the teams are worth to be relying. There are a lot of decisions are made by team, and some decision has bring those teams into success, so teams can be said is a factor leading to success.

Teams have to develop a systematic approach in order to perform effectively especially when team undertaking complex and rapidly changing work. But yet still a lot of teams fail to do so since they unable to cope with the correct approach. However, this will be the challenge for every team to solve. Many companies have turned to team-based approaches to build and maintain high performance and foster innovation because they need to face with a rapid changing and highly competitive environment nowadays.
