Evaluation methods and model predictions of sustainable development in construction industry


Abstract

At present, sustainable development has become the trend to follow the trend of historical development. Construction industry as a pillar industry of national economy, plays a vital role in the development of the national economy, but because of a series of problems appeared in its own development process, it has devastating impact on the environment in the production process, and its development to follow the concept of sustainable development has also become an inevitable choice of the industry.
Based on this, on the basis of previous theoretical studies, this study first describes the concept of sustainable development, and leads to the concept of sustainable development in construction industry. It analyzes and summarizes the factors affecting the construction industry for sustainable development, and puts forward the proposals to the targeted construction, businesses and industries outside the service industry to promote sustainable development of the construction industry.
Focusing on the lack of evaluation studies for the sustainable development of construction industry, according to the evaluation index system of sustainable development, combined with the characteristics of the construction industry, this study builds the evaluation index system of sustainable development for construction industry, and establishes the comprehensive sustainable https://www.51lunwen.org/CivilEngineering/ development evaluation model from the level value of sustainable development and system coordination degree.
Combined with reality of the actual data of the L-province, it evaluates the sustainable development of the construction industry in L-province, the results show that the level values of sustainable development for the construction industry between 1997-2007 is consistent with the composite systems that increased steadily, showing the good momentum of sustainable development, but the overall system of sustainable development for construction industry is in the non-coordinated development stage, the trend for the coordinated development in recent years is apparent. Combined with the actual, it confirms the feasibility of the model established in this study.
Finally, on the basis of the evaluation results, this study uses the combination forecasting model based on the BP neural network to conduct a reasonable prediction for the level values of sustainable development, and provides the basis to develop appropriate decision-making for the construction industry.
