Abstract

This paper takes an example of Parlexceltron Ltd which faces with problems that need to be solved urgently. It is amid to find the problems and then solve them in proper ways. According to the case, there are two main and urgent problems of this company; one is that because of the family-based management which lacks of flexibility, many communication difficulties occurred; the other is the management structure was not improved as the company expending master thesis. So, how to establish perfect communication system, so as to solve the urgent problem, and how to improve the organizational structure of the company in order to make the company more competitive, would be discussed in the article.
