Abstract
Because the transformational leadership researches done by western scholars lack proper culture match in China enterprise practice. In this dissertation i is considering this situation and divides factors impacting obtaining the transformational leadership in Chinese enterprises into modern framework and traditional framework in accordance with the different cultural features.
This dissertation is aimed to use the orient leadership contents to explain the factors influencing obtaining transformational leadership, combining traditional英国thesis代写 Confucianism and Legalism’s recognition of humanity. Then this dissertation is aimed to point out the significance of traditional theory of value in the sense of leadership. Application of Oriental management well explains the cultural basis for transformational leadership to successfully use the non-material incentives, also emphasizes the importance of leaders’ charisma and personal-cultivation.
And in the empirical research, factor analysis, correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis method are used to extract the key factors. Finds out the highest correlation of behavior characteristics in obtaining transformational leadership, and identifies the contribution and importance degree of each factor in obtaining transformational leadership ability.
