Abstract 

     In today's world , the business environment becomes better and and better, for the different companies , that means that they have to face the great challenges if they want to get more profit . At the same time , they have more chances to cooperate with other companies .  Analysing the business environment is very important , we can know what are the important factors that have great influence on improving the business environment . The successful companies are the good examples for us to complete this analysis . GlaxoSmithKline is one of the most outstanding pharmaceutical companies in this world , this report focus on analysing this company . The products and the services of GlaxoSmithKline are both the first-class in this world , it is one of the most prominent leaders in pharmaceutical market in this world. It is helpful for us to know the current business environment if we take GSK as the typical examples. The different organizations can draw lessons from this report .
