目前,中国的中小民营企业员工的忠诚度也有很多的问题,很多员工的工作充满了抱怨和不满,主要用于员工流失率高,频繁跳槽的现象,缺乏积极主动性等。因此,为了有效地控制员工流失,维护中小民营企业的生存和促进其进一步发展,提升员工忠诚度是当务之急。

At present , China's small and medium private enterprises employee loyalty there are many problems , many employees work full of complaints and grievances , mainly for the high staff turnover , frequent job-hopping phenomenon , the lack of positive initiative and so on. Therefore, in order to effectively control employee turnover , safeguard the survival of small and medium private enterprises and promoting their further development , enhance employee loyalty is imperative.
