由于全球金融危机和日益发生的地区性危机,强大的公司会购买或弱那些陷入金融危机或整合管理问题是很常见的,公司未来发展等并购通常是用以实现资源的合理配置和优化市场经济的工具(Papadakis,2005)。当一个企业在发展的道路上变得更加强大,它就必须处理与未来发展相关的大量问题,无论是内部还是外部。并购可以帮助企业通过黑暗来继续航行在市场经济中,或者通过激烈的竞争使自己变得更加坚强地实现自己的大梦想。
在这个过程中,有很多计划来处理这些问题,而不是预期发生的事情。
国内外并购是缓解目前公司差距的主要途径。在未来,强大的公司将变得更加强大,小公司将通过各种形式的兼并和收购,以保持在大市场上的灵活性和专业性强的公司。强可使小企业的专业得到最充分的利用,而小公司可以设计更多的东西或探索更多未知的领域,通过在市场资源的丰富和强大的市场优势(沃尔什,1989)。并购是企业或市场的最佳企业之间的相互帮助的一种手段。

As the globe financial crisis or the regional crisis increasingly happens, it is very common that strong companies will buy or integrate with weak ones that are caught in financial crisis or problems on management, corporation future development etc. Merger and acquisition is usually the tool used by companies to realize the reasonable allocation of resources and optimize the market economy ( Papadakis, 2005). When a corporation is in the way to become stronger, it must cope with a large number of problems related to the future development whether of the internal or the external. Merger and acquisition can help a corporation go through the darkness to continue sailing in the market economy or make itself become stronger to realize its big dream through the fierce competition successfully. 
There are many forms of merger and acquisition of a company based on the agreement with each other. And the company must take measures to copy with various matters during the pre-combination stage, combination stage and post-combination stage. There are lots of plans to deal with these matters not expected to happen in the process. 
Merger and acquisition at home and abroad is the main approach to alleviate the current disparities of the company. In te future, the strong company will get stronger and the small company will join in the strong company through all kinds of formations of merger and acquisition to keep on showing its flexibility and specialty in the big market. The strong can make the fullest use of the specialty of the small company, while the small company can design more things or explore more undiscovered fields in the market through the richness of resources and the advantage of market of the strong company ( Walsh, 1989). Merger and acquisition is a means of mutual help between companies or the optimal of market companies.
