Abstract

Forrest Gump (1994) is structured through the journey style presenting historic times in the U.S. through the life course of a fool. It runs through various stories occurring in different locations that together form a complete story. This narrative technique makes the development time of a story more brief, and it focuses more on the adoption of dramatic conflict between two people, exhibiting the vivid inner world of the character and the delicate relationship between people.
