1. Introduction It is common to see that many people spent much time on study, but getting little. Some of them just complain the world is unequal. Many others are in urgent need of suggestions. So, the study on learning style is necessary, especial for people who study finance (Chen, J. C., Silverthorne, C., 2005). This essay will talk about some experience which relate to the personal skill of mine and what I learn from the experiences. Many things should have their foundation. Therefore, it is imperative to show other persons’ study on learning style .At the first part of this essay we will overview some learning style. At the same time some background and basis knowledge will be given at that part. Then the skill of gaining and using power and influence will be described. A little story talking my university period may be the main clue of this part. As the following, creating high-performing teams, a personal skill which being widely acceded that it is very important to modern society, will be showed. At the fourth part, we still talk about person skill. It is the skill of communication. Some thing happened between a lonely person and I will be described at the beginning of this part. The last personal skill I want to talk at this essay is negotiation skills. Of course, this is the fifth part of my essay. Just similar to the three skills mentioned above.
