摘要:本文是英语词汇学论文,笔者认为这项研究测试是否在模因论的教学有积极的影响高中学生通过试卷和问卷。首先,进行一项关于学生词汇学习现状的问卷调查。然后,通过对比观察变化。最后,通过试卷观察学生的成绩。如果有变化,在成就学生发生。说明这种教学模式对高中生有一定的影响。
At the beginning of this research period, an English Vocabulary Learning Situation Questionnaire(Appendix I) was conducted, aiming at finding out if the experimental class and the control class studentshad the same degree of vocabulary learning beliefs and strategies. Besides, comparing the results with theone after the whole research could find out if the application of memetics theory to vocabulary teachingcould cause a change in students' vocabulary learning beliefs and strategies. The pre-investigation resultwas analyzed through T-test of SPSS 19.0, which is shown in Table 5.1.1.1 and 5.1.1.2.As Table 5.1 shows, the mean of experimental class is 112.37, and the control class is 112.92. The SDvalues are 16.421 and 13.280 respectively. The std. error mean are 2.120 and 1.714.We can find out thatthe mean score in CC is similar in EC, What’s more, from table 5.1.1.2, F=3.180, sig=.077 >.05. And thesig.(2-tailed) value is .840 >.05, in other words, there did not exist significant difference between theexperimental class and the control class, Therefore, students in both Class one and Class four were suitableto choose as the subjects of this research.At the end of this research, a post-test was conducted with the purpose of investigating if theapplication of memetics theory to vocabulary teaching could cause a change in students' vocabularylearning beliefs and strategies.The researcher used the same questionnaire, which is adopted from Schmittand Mc Carthy.(2002:207).while the order of question items were changed in case of participants havememorized their previous answers. The investigating results were collected and analyzed through SPSS19.0,which is shown in Table5.1.1.3 and 5.1.1.4.
