1 Introduction
Oil and gas are one of the most important energy resources in the world. Because of those new technologies, which enable us to gather oil and gas which we may not be able to collect before, the reservoirs of oil and gas almost keep unchanged or even increase. From the following graphs, we can find that both of the prices and demands of oil and gas in the world market keep increasing nowadays. Therefore, the oil and gas industry is becoming a more critical component of the world economy, as the world depends on oil and gas for its everyday life for the coming decades. Currently, the international Daily offshore oil & gas production is around 43 million barrels of oil equivalent (boe), while some organizations make the prediction, which says the Daily offshore oil & gas production will reach 53 million boe in 2010 (World Offshore … Forecast, 2008). The so High oil & gas prices over the period to 2010 will result in continued strong growth in the offshore oil & gas sector. For example, the annual expenditure of the oil and gas industries in 2006 is about $193 billion according to the article named World Offshore Oil and Gas Production and Spend Forecast. Therefore, the oil and gas companies will be interested with new technologies to deduce deduct the expenditure in producing oil and gas, as well as to increase the efficiency and safety.

1.1   Introduction to Subsea Processing
Subsea Processing is a new technology designed to produce oil and gas, which includes the devices located on the seabed. Following graph shows the
