SThe study shows that when employees are generally dissatisfied tocorporate managers, they do not take the initiative to express, but react to reduced efficiency and quality to the customer to release the pressure (CARNAHAN& SOMAYA, 2013). Employee happiness and satisfaction indicators and customer happiness and satisfaction indicators, the company's financial data indicators, and brand loyalty index are known as the four indicators of enterprise ecosystem.
