dissertationwould like to analyze on the qualitative and quantitative methods to explore the factors, which influence employees’ satisfaction,and to give recommendations on how to make improvement. On the respective of qualitative research, the employee’s satisfactionhas close relationshipis closely relatedto the salary, promotion and training.On the respective of the quantitativeresearch, employees’ satisfaction is linked with long-term benefit. In order to improve theemployees’satisfaction, it is necessaryin needto establish friendly and harmonious interpersonal relationships,to strengthen system construction, to optimize corporate culture, and toimprove the democratic management.
