Abstract
With the accelerated development of economic globalization, international business exchange and cooperation have been in all directions. International trade and international activities are not only across borders, but also cross-cultural. Cultural differences also bound to cause international friction and obstacles to business cooperation. This friction and obstacles are many. The more in-depth development of economic globalization, cultural friction and obstacles will be to this problem. Eliminate these frictions and obstacles to enhance the effectiveness of cross-cultural communication become more and more important, and even a decision to the success of international business activities a key factor. For example, as more and more multinational corporations, the establishment of joint ventures, human resources, increasingly the source of present international trends. From different countries, different ethnic groups of employees with different cultural backgrounds, their values, norms, and ways of thinking and attitudes of a significant difference. Such cultural differences are likely to act on their conflicts. Enterprise management in cross-cultural management can effectively address the process of cultural conflict and reduce the negative effects caused by cultural differences, cross cultural team building and international competitiveness of enterprises raise significant.
