Executive Summary
The characteristic of knowledge economy is that, knowledge has become the most important basic element, knowledge innovation has become the main driving force of economic growth, the emergence of knowledge economy satisfies the needs of human society for protecting environment to achieve a sustainable growth. In the mode of knowledge-based economy, knowledge intensive firms (KIFs) become the most active economy organization form in economic activities, they represent the future direction of economic development. The key of competition between KIFs is outstanding knowledge workers, https://www.51lunwen.org/FinancialResourcesDecisions/2012/0624/2104034263.html they have innovation ability, learning ability and ability of making strategic decision, which can help enterprises to identify opportunities and avoid risks, they become the important power for KIFs. Management of knowledge workers should be based on how to satisfy knowledge workers’ internal needs from four aspects, namely, work autonomy, business achievements and wealth, personal growth, to enable them to work hard and arouse their work enthusiasm, so as to achieve organizational goals. In addition, difficulties in process control and evaluation of performance lead to the increased difficulties in knowledge worker management, which needs to be solved in future research and practice.
