Introduction

Since the setup of the first factory inthe late 18th century, management has become a serious problem that affects factory production. Then, the management is increasingly recognized as an important part in the success or failure of a company. Until the 19th century, the systematic theory and scientific management theoryappear as the dominant theory. One of the well-known is Frederick W. Taylor and George E. Mayo. Taylor emphasizes productivity and the importance of cooperation between the managers and the workers.
