Practice Report——法国商校2000字社会实践报告

Introduction

I served as an intern in Enterprise Rhone-Alpes International (hereinafter referred to as ERAI) in Lyon, France during May to September, 2009. The internship lasted 20 weeks. Through the practice, I have obtained precious experience, which has a positive www.51lunwen.org/InternationalBusinessManagement/ significance for my future work and study. In this report, I first introduced the information related to ERAI, then I presented relevant content of this practice, finally, combined with the theory that I’ve learn to elaborate on the experience acquiring in the practice.
我担任实习企业罗讷阿尔卑斯国际（以下简称艾瑞）在里昂，法国在五月到九月，2009。为期20周的实习。通过实践，我获得了宝贵的经验，这对我以后的工作和学习的积极意义。在这份报告中，我首先介绍了相关的信息，然后提出艾瑞，我的这种做法，相关的内容，最后，结合我所学习到的经验，在实践中取得的理论。

Conclusion

With the advent of the financial crisis, ERAI was facing enormous market competition and challenges, including increased customer loyalty, enhanced strength of its competitors’, changes in customer demand, problems existing in its own management and so on. In order to better cope with the challenges, ERAI has taken a series of measures, including taking measures of customer relationship management, network marketing and public relation marketing to investigate and meet customer demand, so as to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to improve the image and visibility of ERAI’s, through a series of organizational change to improve its own competitiveness. Through the internship in ERAI, I learned the importance of 4R marketing strategy for enterprises’ marketing in the future, I also understood the importance of teamwork and how to adapt to team work, which was significant for my participation in future work.
