1. Aims/objectives/Research Questions:

It’s not difficult to see that the international economy has been changing towards globalization, regionalization, and conglomeration. Along with the altering of the development view, the attitude of life, and the behaviour pattern of people all over the world, the traditional structure of the economy has been converting radically. As a result, the management modes of some contemporary international companies are meeting more and more challenges . In order to win advantages in the challenges, the strategy of using knowledge was proposed in the project . A good strategy can lead to a big success in the management and operation of the company. Through researches, it drive a conclusion that only the manager of the company see the development direction of the international business clearly, can the company survive in the fierce competition.If we can know the main direction that the companies will step on, we can predict how the developing market will look like several years in the future. And we can forecast the biggest benefits by using the knowledge. So how to use knowledge will be researched in depth in the study.
