摘要:随着互联网的广泛应用和电子商务的逐渐普及,人们的消费观念、消费方式和消费地位正在发生着显著的变化。网络环境下消费者无须出门变可“货比三家”,更多的人青睐网上交易,通过网络成交的消费金额大幅增加,网购抢占了现实市场交易的相当分额。

最新 2011年1月出炉的《第二十七次互联网络发展统计报告》显示:截至2010年底,中国网民数量达到 4.57 亿人,网民规模已跃居世界第一位;同时,商务类应用用户规模高速增长,网络购物用户年增长48.6%,用户人数达到 16051 万人,网络购物使用率为35.1%,是用户增长最快的应用。
