摘要:自从互联网引入中国,可以说给国内带来了翻天覆地的变化。据CNNIC 的几期调查报告,用户职业分布、上网目的及使用的服务等范围都越来越广,上网的时间也越来越长。用户的职业分布由计算机业、教研机构、大专院校为主体转变到企事业单位、银行、工商、税务、保险、服务人员、教师、学生等职业较均匀的分布。

网络消费方式不仅作为一种消费时尚, 而且作为一种消费社会事实, 它的衍变过程都不可避免地对电子商务施加着这样或那样的影响。 网络消费方式的形成促进了电子商务的规范化。网络消费者主体参与到了电子商务的交易活动中, 并从消费者权力的角度出发来自觉地调整电子商务关系, 不断地使电子商务行为趋于法制化和有序化。
