When a driver answers the requirement, the order between driver and the user starts and the user could access to the contacts and photo of the driver. The two can contact each other until the driver picks up the user. Meanwhile, in Uber, the user could see the moving trail of the driver to get the information that how long the driver will take and where he is at real time.

Deduct money directly from user’s connect bankcard. The contract of the two establishes by now. When the driver picks up the user, the driver notices the user that their ride starts, and Uber starts to record distance and time. When destination arrives, the driver could finish the contract by clicking the arrival button. During the whole ride, calculation at Uber’s server will performed to check if the distance, route and time are reasonable. In case any complains submitted to Uber by user, Uber will arbitrate this by adopting the backend data.

In order to test the degree of friendliness and convenience of Uber comparing to traditional taxi, a contrast test could be performed. For example, when adopting traditional taxi, when a user needs a ride, the user has to wait on the roadside, staring at the car stream to scan if there is any empty taxi. The time cost is unable to be expected. It could be worse, the user can not find any available taxi. However, when the user adopts Uber, the user could submit his/her ride request in Uber and get clear idea that if there is any Uber car, if there is some, how long it would take. As ten times tests, each time the actual payment and Uber estimated payment are equal (under the allowed tolerance, such as 10% of the total amount). When taking Uber, no cash or creditcard, even no password is needed.

In conclusion, the 21 century new taxi platform, the mobile app of Uber, helps people to get pickups, which makes users daily life more convenient. On the other hand, on the aspect of organization, if it requires frequent ride, it is convenient to ask Uber, since all the payments are done automatically and invoice will send to email automatically. It will greatly increase the effectiveness of reimbursement application and audit. Meanwhile, Uber provides estimated time and cost. It helps people communicate and arrange their schedule better, since more accurate information could be provided. Furthermore, Uber is working on implant API in other apps, so that people can book Uber car from outside Uber.
