在如今的经济社会里,人们愿意为能够满足自己需求的商品或服务花费更多的金钱,想要一种享受型生活方式。企业不断地生产新的商品和服务来赢取利润。我们所使用的每一种产品和服务,都是经营者和领导们的一中想法或创造。在现代全球化社会中,经理和领导者在满足每位顾客需求层面上发挥着重要作用。因为他们是懂得如何分辨客户需求并通过研发新产品与服务,来改善人们生活质量的人。很多人认为经理和领导在一个企业当中是同样的位置。事实上二者不是同一人。经理和领导在达成目标上有不同特征。经理拥有地位和职权去完成企业设定的目标,他是指导其他员工进行生产、完成目标的个人。经理对企业的内部环境负责,其他员工都应当尊重并执行来自经理的决定。在企业之外经理就是普通人,没有权力控制其他员工。而领袖也可以被称作为影响者,影响着这一组的人去完成目标。他拥有一个企业的管理权威。领导有一群作为追随者的人在他身后。他必须同时兼顾企业的内部和外部环境,因为员工对他有充分的信任。所以领导要能制定出完美的目标计划,让追随者们去完成。领导要想出帮助企业和下属的新想法,所以我们也可以称其为创新者。

 

In this economical world, people are supporting and they willing to pay higher for a product or a serves that fulfill their need and want to continue dally rotating life style. Organizations are producing new kind of product and services to the consumer to gain their profits. For each product or services that used by us is an idea or a creation of a manager or a leader. Manager and a leader are playing a major part in an organization to fulfill the need and want of each consumer in this modern globalization. Because they are the person how identify the need and want of the customers and inventing a new product or a serves to easier our life style. Many of us think that a manager and a leader is a same position in an organization. There are not a same people in an organization. Manager and leaders have different characteristic to achieve their goal. A manager is a person how works in an organization. A manager has been given position and power within the organization to achieve the goal that set by the organization. Manager is an individual person who will direct the other employs to do the productivity to achieve the goal for the organization. Manager is a person how responsible for the internal environment of an organization and other works should respect and tack orders from their managers. Outside the organization the manager is a normal person he don’t have the authorities to control the employs. Leader also can be called as influencer, which is a person who influences a group of people to achieve a goal. He will be managerial authority for an organization. Leader is a person who has a group of people beside him as a follower. Leader must take care of both internal and external environment of the organization because the followers have trust with their leader. So leaders should make a prefect goal setting so the follower’s should follow the leader. Leader is a person who will always motivate his followers to achieve the goal. Leaders will think of new ideas that help the organization and his followers. We can also say that leaders are innovators.

 

Manager is a person how works in an organization. Normally he also an employee for a company but he have been given the authority to manage the organization and identify the way to improve the productivity of the organization.
