摘要:墨尔本论文-建筑空间形式的几何学构成法则研究-Wholeness System: Architectural Space Form in the Configurational Laws of Geometry-本论文以几何学空间的整体系统性及其在建筑空间形式设计中的运用作为研究的对象;通过对几何知识的学习,可以掌握空间形式设计的客观的构成法则,进而掌握建筑空间的设计逻辑。

墨尔本论文-建筑空间形式的几何学构成法则研究-The object that the dissertation study on is the wholeness system of space in geometry and its use in the design of architectural space. Through learning the knowledge of geometry,the objective principles of the space design can be grasped, and then the logic of the architectural space design can be mastered. Geometry is not just a instrument to control aesthetic feeling of architectural space,it is also the field that is easily to get the emergence phenomenon.

Architects can use knowledge of mathematics and geometry to construct a wholeness system about space form,and make it as the new prototype to design the architectural space.On the premise of understanding the academic development, and based on the research in related fields at home and abroad(Chapter 1), Firstly, some concepts are described and expounded,such as mathematics, geometry, emergence, form, space, architecture, philosophy, etc. (Chapter 2).

Secondly, three different kinds of geometry space (Euclidean geometry, topology geometry, fractal geometry) and their influence and performance in the design of architectural space are summarized, particularly their respective wholeness system of space is comparied and analysised in-depth(Chapter 3).

At last, the dissertation discusses the core parts:architectural space system as a wholeness system and the underlying knowledge of geometry which are spiral space form, the tilling space form, complexed space forms generated by iterative system and recursive system.

Chapter 4 describes the relationships in detail between the value system and many forms of spiral, and study on the value system and many forms of spiral in architectural design.Especially research on value system of the roof curves in ancient China’s buildings, revealing that the roof curve algorithm of "Ju Zhe Zhi Zhi" and "Wu Dian Tui Shan" is actually an iterative system, and calculate its iterative formula.Chapter 5 research on periodic tilling space form and quasi-periodic tilling space form. The research of periodic tilling space form refer to one-dimensional, two-dimensional and three-dimensional symmetry types of periodic tilling and their symmetric transform,and research of their applications in the architectural space design,such as National Aquatics Center (Water Cube) etc.  https://www.51lunwen.org/australiathesis/ 

The research of quasi-periodic tilling spatial form refer to some geometric knowledge,such as generalized Penrose tilling, icosahedral quasi-periodic, Ammann gird & Ammann tilling, Danzer tilling,Pinwheel tilling,Voronoi diagram,and research of their applications in the architectural space design,such as Melbourne’s Federation Square etc.Chapter 6 research on the complex space forms generated by iterative systems and recursive systems and their used in architectural space design. It is related to encoding of curve, encoding of image, L-systems, cellular automata and other geometric knowledge, and discusses of how to generate a complex, dynamic space systems by the simple rules and logic,and analyze their applications in the design of architecture and city.
