浅析对于矿工压力管理研究——以钱家营煤矿为例

管理工程毕业论文:随着全球一体化进程的不断加快以及新科技革命的不断进步,工作压力已经成为一个全球性的社会问题。联合国在一份报告中称工作压力已经变成了“21世纪的流感”。由于煤矿工作环境、工作性质的特殊性,长期以来矿工的压力一直被忽视。近年来,矿难由过去的小矿小难转变为大矿大难。据大量事故案例分析表明:90%以上事故发生在班组,80%以上事故是由于违章指挥、违章作业和设备隐患未能及时发现与消除等人为因素造成的,即人的不安全行为引发了事故。深入研究不安全行为背后的心理因素及其控制途径,从根本上排除不安全行为的“心理隐患”, 缓解矿工心理压力,可减少压力过大造成的安全事故,化解潜在风险。本文从压力源出发,结合心理学、管理学等知识对煤矿企业员工的心里压力、情绪及习惯的相关因素进行了分析,得出煤矿企业员工压力管理的措施建议。

ABSTRACT

Particularity because of the coal mine work environment , the character working, miner's pressure is always ignored for a long time. In recent years, difficult difficult small from past small ore ore turn around is big ore catastrophe. On the grounds of large amount of accident, case analysis indicates: The accident happens above 90% in the working group , the accident is to be that people's insecure behavior has initiated an accident since the school assignment commanding against rules ,http://www.51lunwen.org/Projectmanagement/ breaking rules and regulations and equipment hidden trouble artificial factors such as failing to find that in time and eliminating bring about above 80%. Study insecure behavior back psychological factor Ji Qi controls approach in depth, from the pressure removing insecure behavior "mentality hidden trouble " , relieving miner mentality fundamentally, the safe accident may cut down pressure bringing about greatly, resolves lurking risk. The main body of a book the source sets off from pressure , having carried out analysis combining with the knowledge relevance factors to in the heart pressure , mood and habit of colliery undertaking employee such as psychology , Principles of Management , reach the measure suggestion that colliery undertaking employee pressure manages.
