The Learning Framework is the first stage of your preparation for your Co-op Report.  In your Co-op Report you will critically reflect on, analyse and evaluate complexities and interrelationships within organisations and how this is managed by your Employer Organisation

Please note:
In each of the following activities, you must integrate relevant theories, concepts, models, frameworks and/or technical competencies to support your reflections, analysis and evaluation
3.1 Getting to understand your Employer Organisation’s internal structure and the relationships within the organisation.
Identify questions that you need to ask to develop your understanding of the internal structure and the relationships within the organisation.

2.the function of the organisation which I work in, in relation to the society
3.how many employees are there in this organisation
4.what are the management structure in this particular organisation
5.how valuable information is communicated in the workplace
3.2 Construct an organisation chart that might be appropriate for your Employer Organisation.  Outline possible advantages and disadvantages of this structure for your Employer Organisation.  Include your role.
