摘要:本文分析了虚拟语气的使用问题,这个是作为我们中国母语学生学习的一个难点,

xplain the definition andclassification of this grammatical item, at last make a brief summary of the previousstudies on English Subjunctive Mood.In chapter five, research design is presented. LOCNESS and CLEC areintroduced as well as concordance tool and SPSS, then comes the description ofresearch procedures, namely data collection and sorting, analysis of the data.In chapter six, we will analyze the results of the study. Focusing on the analysisof errors by Chinese EFL learners, and the possible causes of errors will also beexplored into.In chapter seven, we will mainly come to the countermeasures for the learningand teaching of the English Subjunctive Mood.In chapter eight, also the last chapter, the major findings of this research will bepresented. Limitations of the present study and advices for future research will begiven.

All together there are 24 times during the two years for the students to finish onecomposition every three weeks. Then with the help of two colleagues the author putsthese compositions into computer for further analysis. And every time the title of thecomposition will vary, however, all the compositions are argumentative in style andhave 30 minutes for the time limit; however, there is no limitation for words.
