摘要:本文是英语教学法论文,蒙台梭利教学法自2000开始就在F幼儿园英语教学中开始实施。Montessori classes have been set up in F kindergarten since 2000. It is one of theearliest kindergarten in Shijiazhuang to introduce Montessori method. Now there are threeMontessori classes in the kindergarten.
2.2 Related research
Montessori education is practiced in an estimated 20,000 schools worldwide, servingchildren from birth to eighteen years old. Dr. Montessori, in her initial work in 1907 inSan Lorenzo, observed that the younger children were intensely attracted to sensorydevelopment apparatus. The children used these materials spontaneously, independently,repeatedly and with deep concentration. They emerged from this spontaneous activityrenewed and with a profound sense of inner satisfaction. Montessori education ischaracterized by an emphasis on independence, freedom within limits, and respect for achild’s natural psychological development, as well as technological advancements insociety. In China, Montessori theory has also achieved a lot of development but frequentlyonly in the way of introducing, describing, and making comments on the overview of itsliterature or applying the theory to analyze examples of Chinese language phenomena. Forexample, Lu (1985) introduced Montessori’s experience and educational activities in herbook and inquired into her educational view, experiments and activities in various fields.Finally, she evaluated the Montessori’s educational theory itself and its transmission.
