摘要:本文是英语教学法论文,这篇文章的目的是探讨书面纠正反馈的影响同时考虑学习者不同的思维方式。最终通过纠正反馈的研究弯曲作者提高英语学习者的语言准确性的影响,协助英语作文教师作文教学。
Will written corrective feedback exert various effects towards the subjects withvarious thinking styles? The results from part 4.2.2 and 4.2.3 have demonstrated thatwritten corrective feedback has evident effect on the English learners of linearthinking style while less effect on those of non-linear thinking style in improvinglanguage accuracy in English writing. That is to say, written corrective feedback doesexert different effects to learners with different thinking styles.The reasons generating such a difference may be explained from the followingthree aspects. First, as it is exhibited in Appendix Ⅳ, the errors corrected by teachersin the current research includes such errors as verb error, sentence structure or omittedor unnecessary words, which require learners to do logical analysis and reasoning,rather than rote memorization and the former are exactly the characteristics of thelearners of linear thinking style. Analytical processing enables them to tell what isright from the errors and why. In the end, having the reasons arousing such an error inmind, they are likely to avoid the same mistake afterwards. While for the learners ofnon-linear thinking style, they greatly rely on their inner knowledge or feelings, withno reasoning or logically analyzing, they may forget the reason bringing about suchan error easily.
