Personal studying
Firstly, I should thank my study buddies who have taught me how to research financial resources in many companies and how to calculate ratios. Due to I never learn business course before, I found I am very appreciated to get lots of valuable information from other team members and learned their experience in the financial field.

Secondly, although I am first time to touch financial field, but I have master study experience in UK. Because of last year I study LLM master program in University of Hertfordshire. So I understand the report profile to finish a better coursework. In this assignment, I give scheme to outline the report, and I also write profitability ratios part, introduction and conclusion. On the other hand, although I never learn the finance before, but I studied company law in LLM program. So I know the company’s inter management in legal. It is help for this assignment.   

In addition, by this group work, I have learned a lot of skills from my study partners. That includes how to collect useful material and analyze data, and also I understand much financial fundamental knowled英语论文网 【http://www.51lunwen.org】ge by the EQL software. I really appreciated that teacher introduce this software to learn. On the other hand, I recognized that put each one’s ability together is very strong. We should know how to communication with team member for doing better.

Moreover, in this research, I have learned some specialty terms about finance. Before starting this work, I cannot understand some areas. So, I am very worry about this assignment. Although researching material and analyzing ratio with group team member, I can individual to finish some parts of this assignment.

However, although meeting some problem during this assignment, but I learned the key of assessment of company performance such as accounting ratios, liquidity ratios, profitability ratio and gearing. And I also understand how to use the FT and FAME to research useful data. The comparison of company’s competitors has been done that after all the ratios calculated out by other person. By this practice, I got improve in the financial knowledge. By comparing with competitor, I know how to analyze the condition of the company. I think that it is also very useful for my future.
