1. Individual Role Played within the Group
Every Semester, I needed to do group assignments for different subjects in INTI College Malaysia (which is a private college in Malaysia and also is a collaborative school of UH). So， I think as a group member, first of all, he or she must have some responsibilities for the group assignment.

For example, in the whole working process, each of our three persons was responsible for certain parts of the assignment. When I took the parts of analysis of investment ratio and stock market ratio, I have got a strong sense I should complete my own task. Because of my part of stock market ratio is more difficult compared to other ratios, such as profitability, liquidity and efficiency ratios. Thus, I needed to contact with my other two group members, when new issues appeared, I needed to ask for their opinions, and then found out the final solution of theese new issues.

As a group member, who is not only responsible his or her individual parts, but also responsible for the whole assignment when they are in one group. Thus, when I have any new idea which is from my group members’ parts I would pass to them as soon as possible.

Finally, I know that motivation is a more important factor to contribute to people to do a task well. Thus, I did not only stimulate myself also stimulate my group member英语论文网 【http://www.51lunwen.org】s when we met some troubles in the process of doing the assignment.

2. Problems experienced
When I did this assignment, I found there were some different ratio’s figures between websites and the company’s annual report that let me so confusing how to decide the choice and which figure do I need to take. For example, earnings per share of Blacks Leisure Group plc, in its company’s annual report which lists that 33.30p in 2005, 29.21p in 2004, and 23.97p in 2003 compared to the website of FAME lists that 29p in 2005, 24p in 2004, and -0.05 in 2003,etc. The earning per share in 2003, there was an absolutely difference between company’s annual report (23.97p) and FAME (-0.05p). Through the group discussion, I decided to use the figure of earning per share during the last five years from the company’s annual report, that is because of avoiding the dramatic change from positive (24p in 2004) to negative(-0.05 in 2003) on FAME, which let people can not accept due to the negative earning per share. This is a big problem which I met during the process of performing the group assignment.
