至于领导，我为什么选择领导作为我的专业是有一点复杂的原因。我一直对领导专业非常感兴趣，以及对如何影响领导一个组织的运作比较感兴趣。领导起着一个组织的许多管理的重要作用。在我初中时期我总是想领导别人，我高中的时候我上大学的时间也是如此。因此，它是我的梦想就是做一个组织的领导者。

With regards to Leadership, the reason why I choose leadership as my major is a little complex. I have always been interested in leadership and how the leadership affects an organization’ operation. Leadership plays an important role in many the management of an organization. I am always the monitor during my junior school time, my senior school time an my college time. Therefore, it is my dream to be a leader in an organization.
Academically, I have always been a very determined and studious individual, hence why I knew that a degree at University would be the definite next step. I believe studying at university will give me the opportunity to progress in the understanding what I have learned in Higher Education Studies and NU. I believe that I can combine my interest in Studies and learning in Project Management.
I have studied at Northeastern University for four years, and also I travelled to many American cities, which has broadened my knowledge and awareness of other cultures. I have a strong passion for making friends, which enhanced my communication skills. I am relishing the thought of learning to integrate with people from various countries and cultures. In my spare time I enjoy playing sport to keep fit and much of my spare time is spent at the gym with American friends. Also through these years of life, I have blended in American life.
In addition to the general subjects such as mathematics, literature, history it also included macro micro-economics, accounting and economics. Although these subjects are somewhat demanding, I find them extremely interesting. More profoundly I have studied Business Strategy, International Finance, and International Business &Management dying these business subjects at degree level will allow me to explore, in depth, a range of stimulating and interdisciplinary topics which I feel will give me a broader understanding towards the theories and practices of leadership in different organizations in relation to enterprise’ leadership.
My experience in leadership is rich, I have been working with some other members to organize some activities to enrich students’ life. When I was on vacation in university, I organized a commercial show and earn much money. The most important thing is that I have gained much experience from this activity.
I worked for different financial institutions one of them was Industrial and Commercial Bank of China National in the Credit Department as an Assistant of the Head Manager and in the Currency Department. I knew how to deal with the disputes among staffs. My work in this Bank taught me to be self-organized, how to work out complex approaches in settlement of different issues and tasks, which is one of the essential part of leadership of any bank's activities. After this time I have improved a lot. It was a significant learning experience and made me evaluate myself and better understand my strengths and skills, such as the ability to easily identify discrepancies and communicate these effectively with staffs and lead the whole organization work well. As for different leadershi
