Three Different Teaching Models Utilization in the Junior High School of China

1.0 Introduction

Teaching drives the human progress. For individual’s mind, character or physical ability’s forming, teaching plays one great role and it can be seen one process of an individual coming to be one educated person (Don Berg, 2011). This essay is one small paper https://www.51lunwen.org/australiaessay/ about the models of professional learning. It focuses on analyzing three different teaching models. After stating basic theory of teaching model and the three models of professional learning, this paper will then analyze the utilization of each model in Junior High School of China, just like when and where each model can be utilized most effectively in China’s Junior High School under the special environment of current China. Three models, those would be analyzed in this paper, include five teaching methods, seven teaching methods and Ausubel Model. In the reasoning process, author of this paper will borrow the case approach and comparative analysis as two main methods. For giving the objective reasoning, data would also be used in some part of this paper. With the whole paper’s illustrating, it can be got that under some special teaching theory or teaching attitude, one steady framework and process of teaching has been founded up, which is the teaching model. Utilization of different teaching models is enslaved to the special teaching environment, such as the target of teaching, the approaches of teaching, teaching hours, personalization of teachers and students, teaching uation etc. Junior high school of China has its own special features and environments. These special features and environments determine teaching models’ utilization.

With all the above statement, it can be got that five teaching methods and seven teaching methods divide teaching process into five or seven stages, while Ausubel Model emphasizes to utilize the motivation and students’ individual ability to design the specific teaching method or approach. Each of them has their own strong points and shortcomings. In the specific teaching process, teachers can  any of them or combine them together according to the specific teaching environment. Teaching target is the direction of utilizing any teaching model; teaching environment is the determined factor of  which model to be utilized. According to the current context of China junior high school, it should combine them together according to different curriculums and specific teaching environment, especially in the current rapid changing era.
