The group business is eye wearing which is dedicated to provide the high end eye wears to the customers. The structure of the business include the own warehouse and five shops in the major cities, also these shops are all rental. Besides that online Internet selling is a significant part of the business, the customers could order the eye wears online. Therefore, information security system is quite vital for our business.
Our purpose is to sales and distribute high end glasses, contact lenses, and frames to Australian market. We outsource our merchandises from various international suppliers.
All over Australia we have 5 functioning stores and one warehouse, we have an online portal from where customers can also order eye-wares products. There are total approximately 56 employees to cover the whole operational requirements.
Our business model is B2B2C and it is a Hybrid model as we have online selling facility and we have physical stores.
Internal environments:
HR: The structure of the organization suggests that we have CEO as the head of the company, under CEO five top level management personnel work. There are 50 non-management staffs working for different departments.
Financial:
It is assumed that we have a yearly turnover of 20,000,000 (AUD), there will be profit of 35% on yearly turnover (Net income ~7,000,000AUD).
IT and operational View:
To manage the supply chain and to manage the business we are using an ERP (Net Suits) with a monthly payment of 15,000 AUD which will contain inventory, CRM, Sales and
Marketing,
Accounting, Procurement and legal module.
Strategic View and Future Outlook:
To have an advantage over other competitors, eyeware Inc. is constantly checking the market for other competitors’ prices and services, and plan to offer its products cheaper, and deliver them faster. In order to gain new customers and retain existing customers.
External environments:
E-marketplaces: Eyeware takes advantage of e-marketplaces to check the suppliers’ catalogues and find the best products to sell and distribute amongst its customers.
Suppliers: primary manufacturer such as Luxottica are the suppliers in our businesses and as an online sale distribution we use Australian Post bulk parcel services.
Competitors: There are 20 competitors in the market in formation of “majority clicks”, “Brick and clicks” and “brick and mortar” only.
