As we all know, the construction of cities plays an important role in the development of a country.
In the current times, the city construction has noticed the problems and changed the ideas of city planning. The designers of current cities are striving to construct the cities with less pollution, low-carbon, economically resilient, more livable (Simon Joss, 2013, p.4). The concept of “eco-city” has become more and more popular among people and affects the construction of cities to a great degree. Absolutely, this scientific concept of planning a city in a more appropriate way can benefit the future development of human beings in the long run (Aidan While, Andrew E G Jonas & David Gibbs, 2010).

Although the eco-city planning may encounter some barriers, it will be conducted by the cooperation of the relevant departments with the support of common people.
The benefits that the eco-city planning can contribute to humans overweight the bad effects. Although the paper in the above has not referred to the unhappy influences of urban planning, every coin has two sides. If the urban planning project can be conducted by decrease the adverse impacts to the lowest degree, it will be the best choice for humans to follow the eco-city planning concept.
In a word, the eco-city planning is beneficial to the development of human beings, which should be paid more attention to employ to promote the sustainable development of the environment, economy and society, realizing the sustainable development of humans in the end (Simon Joss, 2013, p.4).
