Essay on employment readiness
Introduction:
An employment contract is an agreement entered into by and between an employer and an employee at the commencement of the period of employment. It states the exact nature of their business relationship, especially what compensation the employee will receive in exchange for specific work performed. It is very necessary for an employer and an employee to acquire employment readiness so that they will work efficiently in a happy mood.
The purpose of this essay is to research employment readiness. This essay concerns legal rights and responsibilities as an employee with best practice in the workplace. It issues an employer and an employee of expectations, communication, involvement, ethics and equal opportunities in the workplace.
