The economic development of a country is a reflection its financial systems, the efficient management of the different financial institutions. So it is imperative for all the participants in the system to act in utmost dignity and ethical manner to maintain the cohesive movement. In the current scenario a small ethical breach of conduct can lead to massive negative effect on the econmy of the whole country and in turn around the globe due to the globalised format of the financial markets.
