1.0 Introduction介绍


中国酒店业的发展始于上世纪80年代初(马丁,2003年)。酒店业是产业的改革和中国(克里克和Spencer,2011)的开放后初开的一个。1980年以来,中国的酒店规模行业增加了一倍,其中豪华酒店(主要是四星级和五星级酒店)迅速发展,因为它的高收益,高附加值的,豪华酒店的增长远远超过了其他酒店(比安奇,2006)。世界顶级10个国际饭店管理集团均已进入中国,豪华酒店如瑞吉酒店,四季酒店,丽思卡尔顿在中国一些(Albayrak的和投棒,2015年)主要城市的开发计划在中国扩张和土地为基础对中国的长期看好经济前景,许多外国投资者要投资在中国的豪华酒店,但他们缺乏相关的信息和中国豪华酒店业的发展的知识。笔者是通过分析devel的宏观环境中国的豪华酒店业的opment指出,该行业目前的发展正面临着在中国所面临的挑战,从而提出对外国投资者投资一些有价值的建议,中国的豪华酒店的未来。Development of China's hotel industry began in the early 1980s (Martin, 2003). Hotel industry is one of the industries opening early after the reform and opening-up of China (Crick and Spencer, 2011). Since 1980, the scale of China's hotel industry has been doubled, of which luxury hotel (mainly four-star and five-star hotels) develop rapidly because of its high yield and high added value, the growth of luxury hotels far exceeds other hotels (Bianchi, 2006). The world's top 10 international hotel management groups have entered China, luxury hotels such as St. Regis, Four Seasons, the Ritz-Carlton have developed plans to expand in China and land in a number of major cities in China (Albayrak and Caber, 2015). Based on China's long-term bullish economic outlook, many foreign investors want to invest in luxury hotels in China, but they lack relevant information and knowledge of development of Chinese luxury hotel industry. The author is through analyzing the macro environment of the development of China's luxury hotel industry to point out the challenges that the current development of the industry is facing in China, so as to bring forward some valuable recommendations for foreign investors’ investing in China’s luxury hotels in future.

Over the past three decades, luxury hotels have developed rapidly in China, with China's rising economic power, the continuous improvement of people's income and living standards, the continuous improvement of the social infrastructure, in the future, China's luxury hotels still have considerable potential in development. However, the current development of China's luxury hotel is facing oversupply, low occupancy rates, homogeneous competition and other challenges, the author suggests that for foreign investors who are about to invest in luxury hotels in China in the future, they should pay attention to personnel training, aiming at commons, meeting the individual needs of consumers and the use of technological means to improve customer satisfaction.
