3 Literature Review
3.1 Introduction
There are no enterprises can survive without innovation during a long period. According to Daft and Marcic (2011), for business in the long run, there are 86 percent agree that innovations are much more important than cost reduction. A group of proactive, innovative employees becomes one of the important conditions for corporate survival and development. Woodman and Griffin (1993) have taken attention to the innovation environment while Choi (2004) and Shalley (2009) have studied the interaction between people and the environment.
