摘要:当中国进入WTO后,巨大的变化发生在不同的领域,在经济和交易已经进行了不同国家之间频繁。商务英语中发挥了至关重要的作用在商业圈。毫无疑问,是否还有翻译是非常重要和必要的学者和教授学习。

.On the other hand, the thesis mainly analyzes language features in the aspect offunctional and stylistic point systematically, which has great impact on business translation.After a brief explanation of the functional features of business English, the thesis explains thecharacteristics of business English from the perspective of lexical, syntactic and textual level,which complies with the strategies and principles closely. Based on these explanations, theprinciples of exactness and conciseness are proposed, which can be guided by Skopos theoryand derived from the characteristics of business English. For business English is a specialfield with its own characteristics, business translation has some particular techniques and strategies; finally, it is important to put forward some suggestions for business translators.
It is very necessary for translators to have a bilingual proficiency qualification. Sincebusiness English includes many fields, business translators should understand as much aspossible business knowledge especially those of foreign trade. So it is impossible fortranslators who are not familiar with foreign trade to do business translation, no matter howgood his language proficiency is. Therefore, when conducting business translation, the mostrequisite step is that translators have a good command and bilingual proficiency of businessknowledge. If the translators have a good foundation of business glossary, it is very effectivefor them to translate some business texts very formally and successfully.
