1.1 Research Background
Along with the rapid development of modern society, the internalization process is become increasingly urgent and the globalization has become the most significant trend in the every field in the whole world. Such a significant development trend in the whole world has not only facilitated the international business, but also facilitated the interaction and communication of people among different countries with different cultures (Orbuch and Singer, 1995). Also, such internationalization and globalization has facilitated the interaction of different laws in global business context, especially, the frequent occurrence of the international cooperation has promoted the interaction of the contract law. Under the increasingly development of global business environment, the different laws are also interacted and influenced during the business process (Hill, 2008). 
China as the biggest developing country in the world has suffered huge changes and influences from the other countries in the world, depending on the efficiency development and expansion of international business, the foreign factors have played significant effect in the development process. And along with the rapid development of the global economy, especially under the rapid formulation and promotion of the economic globalization, the devise of the contract laws have gradually become the blocks for the economic development of every country even for the economic development of the whole world. Under this situation, the current international uniform contract laws have become the gradually significant trend in global context; different countries start to change and amend their contract laws towards the international uniform contract laws thus to avoid the differences and in order to facilitate the economic development and promote the globalization and internationalization of the globalization economy. And the existing international uniform contract law has promote the national economy and even the role of world economic development, this function is increasingly been strengthened and international uniform contract law is also increasingly active role in this world be aware of.
