Introduction
As a global topic in crime circles, company crime is always a public 代写留学生论文concern in the theory and practice field of various countries. While in addressing company crime, not every internal problem of companies is necessarily a crime. Other improper behaviors, such as differences in judgment , incompetence and ignorance, may also cause company problems. One CPA said: "It is often very hard to tell the difference between incompetence and fraud".  That is to say, concerning what constitutes a crime of company there is a large gray area.
