its own development, Haire has totally deserted the concept that logistics has simply reduce the cost, it considers logistics as a measure that can improve the competition capability of the whole enterprise. After a period of trial operation, Haire logistics has achieved its objective, which is to use the lowest logistics cost to provide the highest level of service for their consumers. Haire has shortened the gap between itself and the advanced manufacturing enterprises all over the whole, and greatly help to realize the internationalized strategy for its further development.
6.0 Expected Outcome
The expected outcome consisted of the following aspects: first, point out the positive impact of the third party logistics for manufacturing, through the research of actual case and related theories; second, point out the negative impact of the third party logistics for manufacturing, through the research of actual case and related theories; third, on the basis of the former research, describe the relationship between the third party logistics and manufacturing; forth, point the main problem and resolve method after China manufacturing employing the third party logistics.
7.0 Implementation Plan
Stage one: Proposal preparation (2005-06). At first stage, following things will be finished. (1) Design the research plan and method; (2) confirm the framework of this study; (3) Organize the materials and finish the proposal.

At second stage, the author will collect some first hand data to the study, and do some analysis work about it. In detail, I will focus on the relationship between.the third party logistics and manufacturing. In the same time, from the point of manufacturing’s view, do the research of the disadvantages of the third party logistics and give some recommendations.
Stage three: Dissertation writing (2005-08). In this stage, the author will finish whole dissertation according to proposal.
Stage four: Dissertation modification (2005-09). According to the advices of supervisor and other related person, do the modification work and finish the whole project.
