Material designation: if the reference is to non-book materials, a description of the medium should be inserted after the title, eg. video, film, software.
Electronic media: there is as yet no standard method for referencing material taken from the internet. Where an author is known, cite in the usual way. The reference should give the author and title in the usual way, followed by the web address. You should give the date on which the document was last updated, if possible. The date on which you accessed the site should be given.
