ummarizes the theory of management strategy and the result of the study of the Chinese state owned international freight forwarding company called ABC International Logistics Co., Ltd. Then I will conclude some revelations to China’s international freight forwarding industry by discussing the governmental management system of developed countries and by studying the large-scaled international forwarders from their experience, status quo and trend.
By reviewing the devious processing of China’s international freight forwarding industry, this paper analyzes the current industrial situation in China as managing system, industrial development, corporation development and the existing problems, also forecasts the development of international freight forwarding in the coming five years. Thus to attest the great chances as well as challenges that international freight forwarding to face.
Finally, this paper emphasizes on dissertating the strategy of China’s international freight forwarding from macro and micro aspect as well. From macro aspect, government should stress on macro control, to built better environment for industrial growing. And also the industrial association should play its roll, to improve the competitiveness of the industry. From the micro aspect, firstly, the large scaled forwarders should upgrade themselves from traditional forwarders to logistic suppliers. Finally, native forwarders should emphasis on the development and utilization of the manpower. Thus, China’s international freight forwarding can keep up with the foreign corporation, and find the right way to keep developing.
