Topic Review
 
The student should be able to discuss the main themes that permeate any discussion of the law relating to e-commerce. Internalisation, globalisation and the need to encourage, promote and foster e-commerce are the major issues that legislatures face in the 21st Century. Subsequent topics will discuss these themes in much greater detail.
