Topic: I’ve just received a petition from some of my employees who have young children. They’d like our company to sponsor an in-house daycare centre. I’d like you to write a report on how having an in-house daycare centre might benefit or hurt our company. Don’t worry about the financial cost though; focus on issues like attracting and retaining employees on the positive side and insurance liability on the negative side. Discuss what other Canadian businesses have done to incorporate daycare centers into their operations.     
Introduction

In the modern days, some parents are willing to endeavor to provide the best education and have fun with their children, but they do not have time. More and more parents sacrifice their time which belongs to family for making a living or getting promoted. This is the reason why in-house daycare tends to be more and more popular, especially in some developed country. The in-house daycare in Canada has a tendency to be a passionate business. As Marjorie Eberts, Margaret Gisler acknowledged, there is a growing number of parents who choose in-house daycare so that they could provide their children with the best environment for growing up in Canada. As a matter of fact, the in-house daycare centre provides early childhood education and helps the parents who do really have no time to take care of their children. It is un-doubted that parents are always willing to provide their children with the best environment and do everything they can to their babies. That might be the reason for the increasing number of the in-house daycare centers. In Canada, evidence of the population the in-house daycare has been seen gradually. Also the perfect system for in-house daycare in Canada is one of the non-negligible factors for the success and increase of daycare centers.
