摘要:本报告的主要目的是讨论,联合利华在电子商务面临的问题和事实,并提出相应的解决方案。电子商务的主题已经支付系统的研究人员,软件工程师,有趣的是,企业从业人员,更多的关注。

1. Executive summary
The main purpose of this report is to discuss the problems and facts that Unilever are facing in e-business and put forward corresponding solutions. The theme of e-business has been paid more attention by system researchers, software engineers and, interestingly, business practitioners. To be a successful company, the effective strategies of managing and planning various the key factors. This paper has analyzed the situation of e-business in Unilever and put forward the improvement in the company’s business and e-business courswork. It pays attention to the effective change strategies, such as advantages and risks to adopt the new technologies, resistance to change, and the business processes reengineered in the environment of new e-business.
As one of the famous supplier of fast-moving goods, the company makes their products reached by people around the world every day (Unilever, 2011). Their products are chosen by someone somewhere 150 million times in a day, which including foods, home care and personal care. With the development of the company, there appear shortcomings in the company’s e-business strategies, especially in the chain of production and sale. It lack of its e-business chain for the direct profit. So the problems should be analyzed and solved for a better development.
