摘要：As one teacher with long time working experience, this paper will review my own teaching practice life and summarize my own thoughts toward the teaching and learning.

Summary
The whole paper is written around the answering of 11 questions giving out in the learning aid part. Even like this, for answering the questions, some theories of education would also be cited as the supporting materials in the following paper.
